The Seffner-Mango Branch Library serves 8,236 residents in the City of Seffner and is a part of the Hillsborough County Public Library Cooperative. The library system maintains 1.6 million volumes and circulates 9.7 million items per year, including print and digital materials. The Seffner-Mango Branch opened its doors in January 2009 and houses collections of traditional resources, historic photographs, and arts. It provides Assistive Technology Computers, Adobe Cloud Software, Public Computers, Technology services, Tech Help, Baby Time, Family Storytime, Summer Programs, and other library events.
