The Century Plaza/Leon Slatin Branch Library serves about 86,700 residents in the Deerfield Beach area and is part of the Broward County Library. The Library System maintains 2.7 million volumes and circulates 9.8 million items per year. Century Plaza Branch Library's collections total over 4,000 items, including large print fiction and non-fiction books, juvenile reference resources, DVDs, music CDs, audiobooks, and language materials for bilingual patrons. In addition, it offers a variety of library programs such as English Cafe, Homework Assistance, Craft, Chess Cub, and Book Discussion.
