The East Lake Community Library serves over 61,000 residents of Palm Harbor City in Pinellas County, Florida. The publicly funded library, which opened its doors in November 1999, maintains over 1.5 million volumes and 57,000 electronic books and circulates more than 4.5 million items per year. In addition to computers, WiFi, and technology services, the library offers Book clubs, Robotics clubs, Genealogy research assistance, Medicare Enrolment counseling, and Tech support programs.
