The Beaches Regional Library serves over 7,200 residents in Neptune Beach, Duval County. The library is one of the 21 locations of the Jacksonville Public Library and contributes to its 2.3 million volumes and over 8.3 million items in annual circulation. Beaches Regional Library provides an Exhibition Space for artists, one large and one small Meeting Room, a Discover Lab, Games, Arts and Crafts, Storytime, Book Club, and Science for families, youth, early childhood, tween, teen, and school-age groups.
