The Homosassa Public Library serves 2,578 residents in the City of Homosassa and is a Citrus County Library System member. The Library System maintains 211,922 volumes, 401,451 books and movies, and 101,686 eBooks & audiobooks, with an annual circulation of 697,690 items. Homosassa Public Library houses a seed library, a community room, two study rooms, a quiet reading room, and a computer lab with 15 public computers with Internet and printing capabilities. It provides the Winslow Homer collection, a document station for print/copy/scan, WiFi services, adult literacy events, and numerous other programs and services.
