The South Trail Branch Library serves about 316,080 residents in Orlando City and is an Orange County Library System (OCLS) branch. The library maintains books, audiobooks, music, and DVDs contributing to the 1.2 million volumes available at the OCLS and over 15.1 million items circulated annually. South Trail Branch Library first began as the Fort Gatlin Branch in 1965 and is now housed in the Orange Blossom Shopping Center. It provides two meeting rooms for public use, public computers with the Internet, word processing, and online reference resources, and Early Literacy Stations featuring bilingual computers with over 56 educational software programs for children. Other library programs include Zero to Five Storytime, Language Learning, Citizenship classes, Games, and Computer tutoring.
