The Rita Sanders Keoun Memorial Plain Dealing Branch Library serves the residents of Plain Dealing, Louisiana. The library is one of the early branches of the Bossier Parish Library opened in 1940 and was renamed in 1991 in honor of Rita Sanders' services on the Bossier Parish Library Board of Control. The branch library holds collections of physical and digital items, including books, audiobooks, eBooks, graphic novels, movies, and TV shows and provides a variety of services. It is housed in a building with a children's area, preschool activity center, and exhibit spaces for Bossier Parish history.
