The Blanchard Branch Library serves about 3,438 residents who live in the suburban town of Blanchard, Caddo Parish. Founded in 1933, the library is the tenth part-time branch of the Shreve Memorial Library, which maintains about 606,866 volumes and circulates more than 1.2 million items annually, including movies and digital resources. The branch library is housed in a 1,008-square-foot building and is open 29 hours per week.
