The Anna P. Tooke Memorial Library provides services to the residents who live in Koran and Elm Grove communities. The library is one of the Bossier Parish Libraries opened in the Spring of 2015 to provide educational and recreational resources and promote lifelong learning in

the neighborhood. The branch is open for in-person services from Monday to Friday at the current location, with a playground for kids and offers materials that span Business, Arts & Culture, Health, Technology, and more.
