The North Caddo Branch Library serves about 3,015 residents who live in Vivian Town in Caddo Parish. The library is a member of the Shreve Memorial Library System, which holds over 600,000 volumes and circulates more than 1.2 million items per year, including eBooks, audiobooks, magazines, movies, and TV shows. The branch library provides meeting rooms, Sewing and Cricut class, Movie Time, and Imaginers events.
