The Kaplan Branch Library provides services to about 4,277 residents of Kaplan City in Vermilion Parish. Founded in December 1952, the library provides book collections and electronic resources through the Libby, Flipster, and Freegal Music applications, in addition to the 1000 Books Before Kindergarten program. It provides services at its location at Cushing Avenue from Monday to Saturday.
