The Jupiter Branch Library serves about 60,800 residents in the Town of Jupiter on the southeastern coast of Florida. The library is one of the locations of the Palm Beach County Library System, which holds a collection of 1.8 million volumes and circulates roughly 9.1 million items each year. The branch opened its doors in 1983 and is currently housed in a 22,000-square-foot building with a seed library, meeting and study rooms, a teen section, free WiFi, and internet access. It provides books, audiovisual materials, magazines, and electronic resources and offers public computers, computer classes, and numerous programs for children and adults.
