The Jonesville Branch Library is a publicly funded and managed library serving more than 1,000 residents of the city of Jonesville, which is the largest town in Catahoula Parish, Louisiana. In 1970, Jonesville Branch, one of the two branches, and a bookmobile facility were opened to cater to more patrons. As an affiliate library of the Catahoula Parish Library, the Jonesville Branch contributes to the general collection and services of the entire county library system, which includes more than 53,000 books and serial volumes, 800 audio files, and more than 400 video files, with a total circulation of more than 35,000 items per year. Additionally, collectively, the parish library has more than 31,000 visitors and more than 5,000 registered borrowers in total.
