The Jan Moran Collier City Learning Library serves over 112,300 residents in the Pompano Beach area and is a part of the Broward County Library. As part of the Library System, the library contributes to the 2.7 million volumes available on hand and approximately 9.8 million items circulated annually. Jan Moran Collier City Learning Library has historical materials and African-American literature collections. It houses the Creation Station Music Recording Studio where patrons make MP3 files and record their music and a Computer Lab for computer literacy training. It offers literacy programs, citizenship preparation, and Summer events for all ages.
