The Orosi-Cutler Branch Library serves over 8,900 residents of Orosi, a census-designated area in Tulare County, California. The library is a part of the Tulare County Library System, which maintains more than 311,200 volumes and circulates about 562,000 items annually, including research and local history resources. The Orosi branch began in 1911 in Ryan's Cyclery store and joined the Tulare County Library in 1913. Following the enactment of its Carnegie Library building, it was joined with the Cutler branch in 1978, forming the Orosi-Cutler Library, which meets the educational and informational needs of the communities.
