The Atlantic Branch Library, known as the Bandini Neighborhood Library, serves 12,063 residents of Commerce City in southeast Los Angeles County. The library opened its doors in April 1963 and currently maintains about 16,306 volumes and circulates 32,289 items in a fiscal year. It provides services for children, teens, and adults, including literacy and computer programs, as well as curbside pick-up and in-library express services.
