The La Jolla/Riford Branch Library serves 46,781 residents in La Jolla City and is a part of the San Diego Public Library. Opened in 1989, the La Jolla/Riford Branch is housed in a 25,000-square-foot building with a history room, a community room, and an IDEAL LAB featuring a biology lab, a 3D printer lab, and two Mac computers. It offers 10 public computers, a La Jolla Cove Swim Club Special Collection, homework help, storytime, fitness activities, and other library events.
