The Foresthill Library serves 1,545 residents in the City of Foresthill and is a part of the Placer County Library System. The library system maintains 319,474 volumes and circulates over 1.3 million items annually. The Foresthill Library, housed at the Foresthill Community Center in a 1,995-square-foot building shared with a Placer County Sheriff's substation, provides a Friends of the Library Book Sale room, a reservable community meeting room, a children's section, and study rooms. It offers four Internet & Microsoft Office workstations, Children's Internet & Microsoft Office workstations, AWE Early Literacy computer, WiFi, and technology services, including photocopying, faxing, and printing.
