The library is a division of the Newport Beach Public Library, which maintains more than 242,500 volumes and circulates roughly 1.5 million items per year. Library services at the Corona Del Mar branch began in the mid-1940s. The library, which is now housed in a 10,314-square-foot joint-use building, has book and electronic media collections, study rooms, kid's sections, packing areas, family storytimes, and reading exercises.
