Bell Gardens Library opened its doors in 1938 on Live Oak Street and now occupies a 5,119-square-foot building on Garden Avenue. It has collections of books and DVDs in Spanish, online materials, eight Public computers, 2 Children's computers, 8 Laptop and Hotspot Kits, and 2 Early Learning computers.
