The Artesia Library serves 15,944 residents in the City of Artesia and is a part of the County of Los Angeles Public Library. The library system maintains 5.3 million volumes and circulates 16.5 million items per year. The Artesia Branch Library is housed in a 10,850-square-foot building with spaces for teens and children, meeting and study rooms, and computers, including six public computers, four children's computers, four teen computers, six laptop & hotspot kits, eight express computers, and two early-learning computers. It provides homework help, research assistance, photocopying services, storytime, book clubs, and other library events.
