The Alpine Branch Library is a part of the San Diego County Library that serves 14,958 residents in the City of Alpine. The Library System maintains 1.4 million volumes and circulates 11.5 million items per year. The Alpine Branch provides fiction and nonfiction books, audiobooks, large prints, movies, DVDs, and CDs, as well as services like public computers, printing/copying, WiFi, hold pickup, and a community room.
