The Valley-Hi North Laguna Library serves the people living in Sacramento and is a part of the Sacramento Public Library. The Library System maintains 1.4 million volumes and circulates 7.4 million items annually. The Branch Library provides 12 Chromebook laptops, 45 Internet & Microsoft Office workstations, six Tablets, Meeting and Study rooms, WiFi, Printing/Photocopying, Telehealth Booth, Book Sales, Book Drop, Storytime, Storytelling Workshops, and other library events.
