The Margaret K. Troke Library serves 322,120 residents in north Stockton and is one of the Stockton Libraries of the Stockton-San Joaquin County Public Library. The Library System maintains 828,934 volumes and circulates about 1.8 million items per year. Troke Library began serving the community in 1979 and is located between Benjamin Holt Drive and Inglewood Drive. It holds collections of books and media in English, Hindi, Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, Hmong, Lao, and Urdu. Additionally, it provides nine Internet & Microsoft Office Workstations, WiFi, a scanner/copier/fax machine, and a meeting room.
