The Talking Book Library for the Blind is a division of the Fresno County Public Library that serves the residents of Fresno City and the Counties of Fresno, Kings, Madera, and Tulare. Each year, the library system maintains 2.2 million volumes and circulates over 3.9 million items. The Talking Book Library for the Blind provides books and magazines in digital audio format and Braille, public internet stations, Window-Eyes screen reader, and ZoomText Magnification Software.
