Opened in 1989, the South Oxnard Library occupies a 23,000-square-foot building with four study rooms, 12 public computers with Internet access, WiFi, ADA computers, a computer lab, and a homework center. It provides Spanish language collections, a self-check-in and check-out system, printing services, and programs for children and teens.
