San Joaquin Neighborhood Library serves 3,700 residents in the City of San Joaquin. Established in 1916, the library moved to the present location at 1983. San Joaquin Library is part of the Fresno County Library System which maintains 2.2 million volumes and circulates 4.2 million items per year. San Joaquin Library offers books, e-books, audiobooks, movies, interlibrary loan services, free Wi-Fi, public computers, photocopying, printing, and faxing services.
