The Rocklin Library is a branch of the Placer County Library that serves 72,975 residents in the City of Rocklin. The library system maintains 319,474 volumes and circulates approximately 1.3 million items annually. The Rocklin Branch Library formally opened in February 1943 and is currently housed in a 16,600-square-foot building with collections for children, teens, and adults, a meeting room, 10 Internet & Microsoft Office workstations, WiFi, two AWE early literacy computers, four self-checkout machines, printers, and a photocopier. It offers Storytime, Toddler time, ESL programs, and other library events.
