The Richmond Street Elementary School Library is a publicly funded and managed library serving more than 16,000 residents of the city of El Segundo, in Los Angeles County, California. It is an affiliate library of the El Segundo Public Library. In response to the growing need for library services, the Richmond Street Elementary School Library was opened in 2002, which contributes to the overall collection and services of the whole city of El Segundo library system, which include more than 175,000 total circulations, more than 1.2 million book and serial volumes, more than 8,000 eBooks, more than 92,000 audio files, and more than 5,000 audio and more than 4,000 video files. Additionally, it has more than 170,000 visits and more than 16,000 registered borrowers.
