The Richmond/Senator Milton Marks Branch serves the residents of San Francisco and is the fourth branch of the San Francisco Public Library. The Library System maintains 2.7 million volumes and circulates 10.6 million items annually. Richmond Branch offers fiction and nonfiction books, reference materials, magazines, newspapers, audiobooks, CDs, and DVDs in English, Chinese, and Russian, as well as Spanish materials for children and small collections of French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese resources for children. It provides study rooms, workshops, storytimes, crafts, tech tutorials, and library events and services.
