Established in 1948, the library moved to its current location in 1974 and it is part of the Fresno County Public Library System. The library system maintains 2.2 million volumes and circulates 4.2 million items per year. Pinedale Branch Library offers books, e-books, audiobooks, magazines, online resources, children's programs, free Wi-Fi, public computers, copying, and printing services.
