The Pacific Beach - Earl and Birdie Taylor Branch Library, a part of the San Diego Public Library, serves the people in the Pacific Beach Neighborhood of San Diego. The Library System maintains 5.2 million volumes and circulates 6.8 million items annually, which include fiction and nonfiction books, audiobooks, DVDs, graphic novels, and electronic resources. The Pacific Beach/Taylor Library was opened in 1997 and is housed in a 12,484-square-foot building with a children's area, a meeting room, and 19 computers for public use. It offers language collections, WiFi, Storytime, Crafts, and other library events and services.
