The Orange Public Library and History Center is the main location of the Orange County Library and serves about 139,000 residents in Orange County. It maintains 203,600 volumes and circulates 415,000 items per year, including print and digital resources and special collections for adults and kids. The library provides meeting and study rooms, public computers, early learning PCs for children, assistive technology for visually impaired patrons, laptops for in-library use, and printing/copying/scanning services. On the second floor of the library is located a Seed Lending Library where patrons can borrow and donate a variety of seeds.
