The Merced Branch Library serves 815,201 residents in the City of San Francisco and is a part of the San Francisco Public Library. The Library System maintains 2.7 million volumes and circulates 10.6 million items annually. The Merced Branch Library provides resources in English, Russian, and Chinese, including fiction and nonfiction books, reference materials, magazines, newspapers, large print, audiobooks, CDs, DVDs, and Blu-rays. In addition, it provides book clubs, storytimes, workshops, Legos, and other programs.
