The Lookout Library serves the residents of the small Lookout community in California. The library is a branch of Modoc County Library, which was founded in 1915 to meet the informational needs of the County residents. Each year, the branch library holds roughly 74,000 books and serial volumes, circulates above 65,000 items, and records more than 77,000 annual visits.
