The Live Oak Branch Library is one of the divisions of the Santa Cruz Public Libraries that serves 61,950 residents in the City of Santa Cruz. The Library System maintains 392,344 volumes and circulates approximately 2.1 million items per year. In addition to the traditional library resources, the Live Oak Branch Library provides Early Literacy Computers with educational software programs, lendable technology devices, public internet access, WiFi, and events such as in-person tech help in English and Spanish, preschool storytime, and crafts.
