The Hill Avenue Branch Library serves the Pasadena residents in Los Angeles County. Founded in 1925, the library is the oldest branch of the Pasadena Public Library and currently holds a collection of 32,109 items, including Spanish materials and Asian language resources such as Chinese books, magazines, newspapers, and adult items in Japanese, Korean, and Vietnamese. The branch offers seed-lending and monthly gardening programs in addition to events and services for preschool, elementary schools, and adult library users.
