The Highland Sam J. Racadio Library & Environmental Learning Center serves 54,104 residents in the City of Highland in San Bernardino County. The Library is a division of the San Bernardino County Library and contributes resources to 964,512 volumes maintained on hand and over 2.4 million items circulated annually by the library system. The Highland Branch Library provides books, DVDs, reference materials, public computers with Microsoft Office packages, WiFi, and wireless printing, as well as library classes, events, and services for youths and adults.
