The Heritage Park Branch Library serves about 309,031 residents who live in Irvine, a master-planned city in southern Orange County. The library is a division of the Orange County Public Libraries, with a collection of over 384,000 volumes and checks out materials in several languages, including Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Persian, Russian, Spanish, Tagalog, and Vietnamese. The branch provides programs such as bilingual storytime, toddler storytime, and homework help in addition to a literacy room, public computers, hotspots, and wireless printing services for all patrons.
