The El Toro Branch Library serves about 85,858 residents of Lake Forest in Orange County. The library is one of the Orange County Public Libraries and holds collections of books, music, movies, and other materials in English, Chinese, Farsi, Korean, and Spanish languages. It provides public computers, an early literacy station, hotspots, board games, WiFi, and wireless printing services in addition to storytime and movie events for kids, teens, and adults.
