The Dougherty Station Library is one of Contra Costa County Library's 26 branches that serve more than 1 million people. The Dougherty Station branch serves the San Ramon residents and the new Diablo Valley College Campus. The library provides materials and services suitable for kids, young adults, community college students, and families. Among the library's facilities are a computer lab, study rooms, a community meeting room for library programs, and seating areas. Patrons can also access online resources and virtual programs with its 44 computers and free wireless network.
