The College Terrace Library is a branch of the Palo Alto City Library that serves 68,572 residents in the charter city of Palo Alto in northwestern Santa Clara County. Established in 1936, the library system maintains more than 235,000 volumes and circulates over 1.3 million items per year. It is housed in a 4,860-square-foot building with computers and WiFi and is open for services from Thursday to Saturday.
