The Clayton Community Library serves about 10,973 residents of Contra Costa County in the city of Clayton. Founded in 1995, the library maintains collections of fiction and non-fictional books, magazines, newspapers, eBooks, streamable videos, and music and provides assistive technology computers, study and meeting rooms, and parking spaces. The library operates a Parent/Child Play and Learn Center, which provides parenting and childhood learning resources.
