The Chapman Branch Library provides services to about 170,488 residents of Garden Grove City in northern Orange County. The library maintains a collection of books, audio, movies, and digital resources in English, Korean, Spanish, and Vietnamese languages. It offers board games and hotspots for checkout, virtual and in-person book clubs for teens and adults, computers for public use, patio spaces, free WiFi, and wireless printing services, as well as crafternoon and ESL conversation programs for all patrons.
