The RB Tullis Library serves 20,000 residents in the City of New Caney. The library was opened in 2007 and belongs to the Montgomery County Memorial Library system. The library system maintains 600,000 volumes and circulates over 2 million items per year. RB Tullis Library offers free internet access, public computers, copying, printing, and scanning services. Also, the library has two meeting rooms and one study room.
