The Lake Jackson Library serves 27,800 residents in the City of Lake Jackson and is one of the branches of the Brazoria County Library System. The public library maintains 549,520 volumes and circulates approximately 1.4 million items per year. In addition to books, audiobooks, videos, and electronic materials, the Lake Jackson Branch provides a meeting room, adult book clubs, toddler tales, and science hands-on events in partnership with the American Chemical Society. It offers curbside services from Noon Mondays through Saturdays.
