The Barstow Library is a Ward County Library branch and serves about 260 residents in the city of Barstow. The library system maintains 55,000 volumes and circulates 29,000 items per year. Barstow Library in the Community Building is publicly funded and open from Monday through Friday. It offers weekly toddler time, homework help, and other programs and services for all kids and teens.
