The American Canyon Library serves 21,605 residents in the City of American Canyon and is a part of the Napa County Library. The library system maintains 149,690 volumes and circulates roughly 1.1 million items per year. The American Canyon Branch opened its doors in 2012 in the Crawford Building and holds collections of books, DVDs, music CDs, magazines, audiobooks, and newspapers. It provides meeting rooms, WiFi, 18 public computers, mobile printing, copying/faxing/scanning/printing, and programs for all ages.
