The Three Rivers Branch Library is a part of the Tulare County Library that serves 2,180 people in the unincorporated Three Rivers community. The Tulare County Library, a member of the San Joaquin Valley Library System, operates 17 locations and four book machines. Its collections include over 311,200 maintained on hand and approximately 562,050 items in circulation annually. The current Three Rivers Library opened its doors in August 1977 and is open for services from 10 AM Tuesday to Saturday. It provides computers, wireless internet access, copy machines, fax machines, printing services, and other library events.
