The Theodore Johns Library is part of the Beaumont Public Library System, serving about 112,000 residents in the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County. The Library System operates six locations, which include the Theodore Johns Library, Elmo Willard Library, R.C. Miller Library, Beaumont Public Library, Tyrrell Historical Library, and the Maurine Gray Literacy Center. It maintains 272,698 volumes and circulates 508,446 items per year.
